Dr. Oliver is a life long resident of Tidewater. He graduated from Old Dominion University before continuing on to the Medical College of Virginia. He returned from completing his dental education at MCV to start his practice in 1988. Since then Dr. Oliver has built his practice one patient and one family at a time, and maintained it by gaining their trust and confidence. Dr. Oliver lives here at the beach with his wife Kim, their daughter Barbara Ann and son Palmer Galt.
