Dr. Pat is a long time resident of Monmouth County. He graduated from Middletown High School South and then attended the University of Maryland College Park. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University Of Maryland Dental School. While at the University of Maryland Dental School, Dr. Pat received the Academy of Operative Dentistry Award for outstanding achievement.

Dr. Patrick T. Cuozzo also received the prestigious recognition of the Who's Who among American College students. He also was honored by the American Association of Orthodontists for exceptional interest in orthodontics.

Dr. Pat continued his education at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Dental Medicine where he received his Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics. While at Penn he was honored with the outstanding research award in his graduating class.

After only five years in private practice Dr. Cuozzo was recognized by his dental colleagues as one of the best orthodontists in the state of New Jersey. Due to his continued professionalism and his commitment to the highest quality of care, Dr. Cuozzo has been voted one of America's top orthodontists by his peers.
