He has been studying and practicing Implantology and cosmetic dentistry since 1985. Dr. Dougherty's educational background commenced with his degree in Biology from Johns Hopkins University. He then completed a Masters in Molecular Genetics at the University of Virginia. Following this, he was accepted to the Advanced Professional Training Program at Maryland Dental School.
