*Dr. Barnett believes all dentistry is cosmetic dentistry. He is trained as a general and cosmetic dentist and always strives to give the patient the best treatment to maintain a healthy functional mouth, while also recognizing the patient's desire to improve their looks. He also believes that a healthy mouth is essential to a healthy body. He specializes in the treatment of periodontal (gum) disease, as well as the correction of problems in regard to the way a person's bite impacts head, neck and jaw issues

*Dr. Barnett graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1977; he earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the Wharton School of Business in 1979. He began practicing dentistry in Pennsylvania after completing his residency at Eastman Dental Center. He also taught dentistry at the University of Pennsylvania. He is licensed in Texas, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New Mexico. He is an active member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
