Jacob A. Kerst D.D.S, P.S.

Dr. Jacob Kerst is originally from the Spokane area. He graduated from Gonzaga Prep in 1986. From there he attended University of Puget Sound for his undergrad. He was an Academic All-American in 1990 for football. He graduated from UPS in 1991 with a double major in chemistry and math.

He attended dental school at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and graduated from there in 1995. Immediately after graduation, he spent time restructuring the Job Corp in eastern Washington.

He moved to western Washington in the late 1990's and has been practicing in Downtown Seattle since then.

He is a member of the Seattle King County Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the Washington State Dental Association, and the Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry.

He is LVI trained in aesthetic dentistry and participates in continuing education at the Las Vegas Institute for advanced dental studies. He was Seattle Weekly's Dentist of the Year and has had a featured article in Seattle Magazine. Dr. Kerst was recently chosen to do the cosmetic dental work for the contest winners on Star 101.5 radio station who entered a makeover transformation --"The Mallard". Dr. Kerst's dentistry work can be seen on KOMO 4's Northwest Afternoon on 11/18/04 where contest winners will be revealed.
